Weekly Meal Planning

Week of August 2nd:

Sunday: Cucumber, lettuce and fresh tomato sandwiches with hummus and french bread
Monday: Couscous with grilled vegetables
Tuesday: Homemade black eyed pea burgers with homemade chips
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Veggie Pizza with TJ pizza dough
Friday: Soup Day: Tortilla Soup (still using up those tortillas)
Saturday: Spinach salads with sesame ginger dressing and fresh vegetables
